In 2023, we aim to increase the number of countries we work with to 60 and to grow by 50 percent in all areas, to increase the efficiency of our offices and to launch our own application. For this purpose, we have special agreements with the world's largest real estate portals. The new countries to join our service network after 2022 are France, Sweden, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and China”.

Expanding franchise network

Bringing innovations to the development of the real estate sector, Realtor Global provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to earn foreign currency income by spending Turkish Lira with its new and different business model. Answering the questions of the economics journalists about the details of the business model, Mr. Övençoğlu stated, “With our personnel experienced in real estate and franchising sales, and our innovative business model, we will enable our franchise entrepreneurs to spend Turkish Lira and gain income in foreign currency by selling real estate to foreign investors. As Realtor Global, we aim to open 20 franchise offices in 2023. Companies that invest 80-120,000 euros can join our franchise network and pay off their investments in 1-1.5 years. We provide trainings, media monitoring and technological infrastructure support that will guide our franchisee companies, which can also take part in 30 global real estate portals and participate in more than 40 fairs, seminars and organizations abroad every year”.
