1. Verifying the Identity Information of the Ad Poster: Ads will not be published until the identity information of the person posting the ad has been verified. This is a critical step to prevent fraudulent ads.

 

2. Verifying the Relationship Between the Property and the Ad Poster:** The platform must confirm that the property being advertised belongs to the ad poster, or to their first or second-degree relatives or spouse, or that the ad poster has been authorized by the property owner. This ensures that unauthorized individuals, other than property owners or affiliated real estate companies, cannot post ads.

 

Increased Security in the Real Estate Sector: Electronic Ads and Verification Processes

 

These new regulations will increase the reliability of the real estate sector. From now on, ads for properties such as homes, land, or commercial spaces will undergo a verification process before being published.
